But I've seen the first film and I must admit that's it's quite good: the first Percy Jackson movie benefits from a strong supporting cast, a speedy plot, and plenty of fun with Greek mythology. People in the theater, including me, were really enjoying the film. Director Chris Colombus (who once helmed Harry Potter) still has his magic touch with Percy Jackson.
